NSW Companion Card - Info session for Gig Buddies Sydney
The Gig Buddies Sydney team have recently held discussions with a member of the NSW Companion Card team, all with the intention to improve awareness of the card and the benefits they provide. From a Gig Buddies Sydney perspective, we believe that the more people who have access to the Companion Card, the more opportunities participants get to head out and potentially meet new people!

We’re aware that a number of buddies have never applied for a Companion Card.

We also have heard from a number of buddies that their application for a Companion Card was rejected.

The Companion Card team have kindly offered to put on a zoom webinar for buddies, parents and members of their support network to find out more about the card and then answer any questions you may have.

For those that have experienced rejected Companion Card applications - they have also offered to hold separate individual zoom sessions to answer specific questions about your rejected application.

In order to organise this, we would love to get expressions of interest so we have an idea of numbers and what day/time would work best to hold the zoom sessions.

Please indicate which zoom session you would be interested in, and what day/time of day would suit you best. Please note: final decision will be made based on most popular selections and availability of NSW Companion Card team.

Please email info@gigbuddiessydney.org if you have any questions :)
