Hands On Boiling Water Bath Canning
Come learn how to Boiling Water Bath Canning.  In this class we will cover making acidified foods like salsas and pickles.  Depending on what is available we will either make a Choice Salsa or Make Kosher Dill Pickles.  Either recipe will give you the experience with making a safe pickled product from low acid foods that are able to be preserved in a Boiling Water Bath Canner.  We will also have time to talk about other ways of preseving foods.  The Cost is $10 to cover materials needed in the class, and can pay at the door or in person before class at our office 49 Mount Carmel Rd.
