"What Whiskey will not cure there is no cure for" (Irish Proverb).

 Join us on Wednesday, September 2nd at 3.00pm with AFU member Mary Mc Carthy to  learn more about how to "read" whiskey. Find out more about recognising aromas and flavours and having a bit of fun when doing it.  All you will need is of course a drop of whiskey. You don't have to be a whiskey drinker to join in. By the end of the session you should be able to decipher aromas and  understand what you could be experiencing from the label.
