All In Stitches Quilt Guild Member Application
Membership duration is from Jan1-Dec 31. 2024 Membership is $40 per year. There is a $5 drop in fee per meeting for non members. First visit is free. A Paypal link is available in the confirmation message you will receive after this form is submitted.
We have 8 "regular" evening meetings that fit in the $5 category. Our all day Quilt University, in January, June and October cost $20 for everyone due to instructional and facility costs. July and August are our flex months. December is usually a ticketed event.
We believe members are active and engaged participants. We expect all members to be on or support a team in at least one guild structure element as well as engage in pleasure activities.

Auditing - second set of eyes on the books and procedures of how we are operating
Board Member - Oversees a department of the Guild, attends board meetings.
Bylaws/Standing Rules - Help with guidelines on how we conduct business.
Community Service - There are many different levels on which to be involved. Sewing to Organizing.
Hospitality - Responsible for setting up/ cleaning up the refreshments table or potlucks
Membership - Team member: involves anything with member care: door prizes, greeters, hostess, Birthday Gifts, Sunshine, etc.
Mentor - Willing to be listed as a person that people can call for sewing help.
Nominating - When a board position becomes available, this team inquires for a replacement.
Phone Tree - calls those who have been missing or who do not have an email address
Teaching Children or Beginning Sewers
