This standby list is for the St Joseph County Department of Health (SJCDoH) Clinic located at Hedwig Memorial Center in South Bend, Indiana. This list is for individuals who want to try and receive their first dose of Pfizer earlier than their schdeduled appointment time. If you have questions, please contact the SJCDoH at 574-235-9750.

Individuals who submit their information will be prioritized based on standards set by the Indiana State Department of Health and SJCDoH. You will receive a call on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 3 and 4pm OR on Tuesday, Thursdays between 6 and 7pm. You must be prepared to be at the St. Hedwig Memorial Center, on the corner of Scott St and Western Ave within 15 minutes of call time.

SJCDoH representatives will call from a 574 area code and will NOT leave a message. You will remain on our standby list until your scheduled appointment time passes, or you ask us to remove you when we call.
