Thank you for showing interest in the Higher Development Award. The award is a personal development programme that enables clinical and non-clinical staff from all of the integrated Care Sector to be the best they can be and acknowledge their potential.
Start Date Week beginning 25th September 2023. 1 Day a fortnight over 12 weeks. The award includes support for functional skills and the opportunity to complete level one. The award will be assessed through workbooks and a presentation on a service improvement project.
After registering your interest, we'll be in touch to arrange a meeting with yourself and your manager to discuss the award, and also answer any queries you may have.
This level 3 attracts funding under the free courses for jobs offer. For this it must be the learners first level 3, if they already have a level 3 or higher then they need to be on a low wage (under £20,319) or are in receipt of benefits. The level 3 can be funded through an advanced learning loan.
