Thank you for registering to our annual Orca Invitational 2024 and we're sorry that you have withdraw your athlete(s). Please fill out this form for any withdrawal requests at least 1 week before the competition date.

Kindly note the following regarding withdrawals and refunds:

Until February 10th, refunds will be issued less $10 withdrawal fee.
From February 11th to March 15th, refunds will be issued less $25 withdrawal fee.
After March 15th, refunds will only be issued with medical notes submitted with a refund request, less $40 withdrawal fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or withdrawals on-site.

You will receive an email confirming that your athlete has been withdrawn within 2 weeks of submission of this form. If you do not hear back from us after 2 weeks, please kindly email tiffany@ddgc.ca
