* $60 PER CHILD FOR TUITION
* $30 PER CHILD MAKING EITHER THE SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION OR FIRST COMMUNION IN ADDITION TO TUITION

I UNDERSTAND THAT PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM WILL BE FOLLOWING AGE APPROPRIATE TEACHINGS OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH THAT MAY INCLUDE SAFE ENVIRONMENT, RELATIONSHIPS AND PRO LIFE.  FURTHERMORE, I UNDERSTAND THAT GROUP PICTURES TAKEN DURING THIS PROGRAM MAY BE USED IN DIOCESE OR PARISH MARKETING. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BULLETINS, WEBSITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.  IF YOU WISH TO OPT OUT OF ANY OF THESE MEDIA ITEMS, PLEASE PROVIDE A SEPARATE WRITTEN LETTER TO THE OFFICE.
