Congratulations on a successful Bike to School Week! A BIG thank you for championing the event at your school - especially during a very different school year. Now it's time to report your trips & share your experiences. :)

All schools that complete this reporting survey by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9th will have the opportunity to win prizes, and all school champions will receive a $5 Starbucks e-gift card as a thank you! This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
