2022/2023 SPA PSO Volunteer Form
RETURNING SPA PSO VOLUNTEERS:
For the upcoming 2022-2023 school year: Please fill out this parent volunteer form even if you have been a dedicated volunteer in the past (for which we thank you!).  We would like to have this form filled out annually so everyone has the opportunity to participate in grade level activities.  Also, we create a new spreadsheet of volunteers each school year and we don't want to leave anyone out.

Snowstorm committee (winter appreciation gift to each SPA staff member)
