This questionnaire is now closed as we have completed the pre-application consultation phase of our engagement.

In October 2023, we submitted our application for consent for the proposed West of Orkney Windfarm under Section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989; and Marine Licences under Section 20 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 and Section 65 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.

This was followed up in November 20023 when we submitted our application for consent for the onshore elements of the project under the Town & Country Planning Act 1997 (as amended).
