East Bay Community Law Center: The Clinic Student Perspective
The East Bay Community Law Center (EBCLC) is Berkeley Law’s only community-based clinic.  EBCLC recently turned thirty (30) years old and has grown into the largest provider of free legal services to low-income Alameda County residents.  Housed in Downtown Berkeley, EBCLC trains nearly 150 law students per year in our eight (8) individual clinics:

Immigration
Housing Law
Health & Welfare
Education Advocacy
Youth Defender
Clean Slate
Consumer Justice
Community Economic Justice

Join a panel of EBCLC students—in a student-only setting—and hear directly from current & former students from each of the 8 clinics, what it’s like to spend a semester (or two, or three, or more!) at the Law Center.  Lunch will be served!
