Students have asked about permission to leave the Lehigh Valley. As this presents an element of increased risk to our community the approval process will be in place until further notice. This form must be completed at least 48 hours in advance of your departure. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE WITH REQUIREMENTS TO RETURN TO CAMPUS. You are approved unless you are notified otherwise. If you require testing to return, you must submit your negative test result to thorpej@lafayette.edu PRIOR TO RETURNING.
