Marketing Committee: The Communications committee is responsible for developing, updating and monitoring the Chapter’s social networking accounts and recommending new ways for the Chapter to communicate with its members and other third parties through alternative media. Ideal for those active on social media platforms with a passion to keep our members engaged and informed. This committee requests a light time commitment of 2-5 hours/month.

Programs Committee: Develop educational offerings, source speakers and help secure venues and partners. Ideal for those who are passionate about quality education for event professionals and are aware of trends and topics impacting the industry. The committee requests a moderate time commitment of 5-7 hours/month + supporting events onsite.

Membership Engagement Committee: Make outreach calls to welcome new members, membership check-ins/surveys, help with new member initiatives. Ideal for those who love to talk to people and can make our members feel welcome and appreciated. The committee requests a light time commitment of 2-3 hours per month.

Sponsorship Committee: The Sponsorship committee is responsible for implementation of ongoing sponsorship campaigns as well as maintaining relationships with the existing sponsors throughout the year. Committee members will work together to work with sponsors and create programs that drive sponsor value. The committee requests a light time commitment of 2-3 hours per month.

Student Relations Committee: Provide quality benefits and experiences to PCMA student members; increase overall PCMA Student Chapters; increase awareness of PCMA with students and young professionals.

Regional Events Committee: Committee members that reside in the same state will work together to execute events and engagement activities in your respective region.
