Steps to Request a School Program scholarship
FIRST, COME, FIRST SERVED
Scholarships for 2021-2022 School Programs will open on Wednesday, September 8, 9 a.m..
Scholarship requests cannot be filled by phone or email.

1. REQUEST YOUR SCHOOL PROGRAM VIA FORM
   Complete a separate request form at https://forms.gle/yDFBpDDujVx9EbPE8

2. COMPLETE THIS SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST FORM
     Complete ONE form per each scholarship requested.

3. RECEIVE A REPLY FROM THE ARBORETUM OFFICE
     Completed requests will be notified of status within one week. Approved scholarships will be applied to the ordered products. Those not approved will be given the option to keep or release the ordered products

If you are reserving for 2 classes of 24 students your answer would be 2.
How many total students will the program serve? *
If you are reserving for 2 classes of 24 students your answer would be 48.

Steps to find Free & Reduced Lunch %
1. Go to https://mndatamaps.web.health.state.mn.us/interactive/frpl.html 
2. In the box on the top right hand corner of the map select schools (the third choice from the top).  That will locate the schools on the Map of Minnesota.  
3. Zoom in to find your school and hover over the location dot of your school.  
4. When the school location is hovered over, the free and reduced price lunch percent (total FRPL eligibility %) is shown in a box in lower left hand corner.
