The Supporters Club uses email to communicate directly with all members about events, competitions, activities, prize draws and other general information.

This application form is hosted by Google Forms so an email address is mandatory. By completing this form and providing an email address/es, you are giving consent to receive our communications. If you do not want to receive any emails, or you do not want any children to receive these emails, then please let us know.

The information you are providing will be used by the Swindon Wildcats Supporters Club to create an electronic or paper record of your application. We shall not supply any data to any third party and will use it responsibly to only communicate with you about events, activities and general information relating to the Supporters Club.
