B.Well Studios - Birthday Contract
Please fill out this form with your party details. 

The basic party fee is $200.00. You can pay venmo (@bwellstudios), cash or check. $50.00 non-refundable deposit due 2 weeks prior to the event, it will be deducted from the total the day of the party. 
 
This party includes 10 guests, each additional guest is $10.00. 
As well as, an instructor, the facility and assistance managing the flow of the event.
