Hardin County Schools is asking students and staff to upload videos that positively encourage the use of masks at school during the 2020-21 school year.  Videos must be 30 seconds or less in length, not exceed 1 GB of data and must be performed in good taste (no profanity, no vulgar dances, no inappropriate or offensive clothing, language, movements or speech).  

Selected videos will be shared on the district's social media outlets.  They will also be a part of some community marketing campaigns promoting the use of masks in which HCS will participate.  

Only HCS students or staff are eligible to receive prize money.

The person who submitted the best video (as selected by a committee comprised of HCS staff and community members) will win $300.  The person who submitted the second-place video will win $200 and the person who submitted the third best video will win $100.
