I would like to enroll in the 2023 HUHS Girls Cross Country Camp. I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge all staff members of the HUHS camps of any liability or claims arising out of any loss, personal injury, or property damage that may occur as a result in participation in this program. I grant my child permission to participate in this program.

Session Dates: July 31- August 3
Session Time: 6-8 PM
Session Location: Track (Behind the high school)

Cost: $30 (Includes Camp T-Shirt)
