Important to note: 

Please complete this form if you are choosing for your student(s) to walk home after school. Guardians must understand that students are NOT supervised once they leave school grounds.

*Guardians may change the walker status of a student by calling the school no later than 2:45pm in the event of inclement weather (i.e., thunderstorm, excessive heat, snow, etc.) Changes for convenience will not be allowed. If call is not received by 2:45 pm the student will remain a walker.

Complete este formulario si está eligiendo que su(s) estudiante(s) camine a casa después de la escuela. Los padres/ guardián deben entender que los estudiantes NO son supervisados una vez que salen de los terrenos de la escuela.

* Los padres/ guardián pueden cambiar el estado de caminante de un estudiante llamando a la escuela a más tardar a las 2:45 p.m. en caso de inclemencias del tiempo (es decir, tormenta eléctrica, calor excesivo, nieve, etc.) No se permitirán cambios por conveniencia. Si la llamada no se recibe antes de las 2:45 pm, el estudiante seguirá siendo un caminante.
