• Broken strings are to be communicated to HSQ Harp Hire Co-ordinator to facilitate replacement of correct strings immediately to minimise overstress to the soundboard and to prevent further breakage.
• Please notify the HSQ immediately if any part of the harp is damaged or requires repair. ON NO ACCOUNT ATTEMPT ANY REPAIRS YOURSELF as this could result in greater expense to you in the end.
• Cleaning: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN HARP, APART FROM A LIGHT DUST WITH A DRY SOFT CLOTH.

N.B. The Harp Society of Queensland Inc. undertakes to hire our harps in a spirit of good faith. We expect the hirer to take all due care with these instruments. We reserve the right to withdraw a harp from hire without notice should we believe the harp is not being correctly cared for.

Some of our harps may be available to purchase. For hirers, the total of the first 3 months rental may go towards the purchase price.
