Spouse Sessions provide an opportunity to address challenges that may arise in a FR family.  This is a group session in a safe environment. This is a great way to build your support network by meeting other FR spouses.
Share & learn about ways to better care for yourself, develop understanding of how to provide support in the family & to enhance your life with your first responder.
This session is for any spouse, partner or significant other of a first responder.

Each session hopes to build on the last.  We encourage you to attend each session to continue to enhance your skill set and support network.
