Time: Depending on the assignment, allies must arrive between 4 and 4:30pm.
Where: Location in downtown Boston provided once you register.

Marshal (crowd management)

Authority liason & de-escalator (point person for police or agitated pedestrians)

Coat guard (watching over dancers' coats and valuables)

Sound equipment (load in, load out, and set up)

Amateur videographer (film dance and crowd reactions on phone or camera)

Banner holder (hold organization banners as background of flash mob)

Signs + artwork (in advance)

Water & health helper (bring water, keep an eye on physical wellness)
