Fall 2020 registration form - art classes for children
Thank you for your interest in my online classes for children. Please fill out the form, and I  will contact you shortly. Make sure you read the class policies written on the website before submitting the registration form. (You will receive a copy).  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at admin@artsemash.com. You'll receive a welcome email from me with detailed information about the classes and the payment once the minimum enrollment number for the class is met.
