This form is used to enter your work into the Design & Technology Expo and the Stage Management Expo. Although your presentation materials may be submitted later, this form serves to reserve your spot. Please complete this form to the best of your capability.
If you have questions about the Expo format and what's expected, be sure to check the KCACTF DTM website for an Orientation Video, pictures, and information about the process.
Summary Videos:
By Friday, January 26, you must submit a 3-4 minute video introducing the respondents to your project and covering the major points of your presentation. This gives the responders the opportunity to learn more about your project before you present, allowing more time for interaction during your presentation slot! This video will be submitted digitally on a separate form (coming soon...).
In-Person Digital Presentations
If your presentation will be digitally displayed in person, please use the provided
Template File. Please "make a copy" to your own Google account before adding any content. If you are unable to use Google Slides, this file can be downloaded and used as a PowerPoint or Keynote file. All digital presentations must be submitted digitally by Monday, January 29, on a separate form (coming soon...).
Although day-of registration is allowed, please endeavor to complete this form and upload all materials before the start of the Region 1 Festival.
