Organizer Requirements:
+ Ability to attend virtual collective wide meeting the first Monday of each month at 7:00pm EST and their chosen committee or program meetings.
+ Commit to approximately 5-10hrs a week and organizers are expected to be able to check the TCCC slack once a day during their chosen time.
+ Previous organizing or community work preferred.

The Community Care Collective (TCCC) works to ensure that all LGBTQIA+ BIPOC, especially Black folx in Northeast Ohio, have networks of community care. We are dedicated to cultivating a diverse collective of autonomous, ungovernable individuals that care for each other, learn from one another and shape the future together. We believe that in order to succeed in removing systemic challenges, we must build sustainable political movements that are rooted in care and community.
