Thank you for pre-ordering The Women Doctors of the Church! As a thank you, you'll receive two brand new and exclusive coloring pages by Adalee Hude, the illustrator of the book. You'll also be entered to win the Doctors of the Church book giveaway. 

The coloring pages will be sent to the email you give below upon completion of the form, and the same email address will be used to enter you into the giveaway (and to inform the winner on launch day).  Your email address will not be used in any other way, unless you click yes to being added to the newsletter. 

I would ask a favor, if you would be so kind, please leave a review of the book when you receive on whatever site you ordered from. It is such a huge help in aiding others in finding this book when they're shopping.
