I understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating in any activity. I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that my child may incur while attending, exercising or participating in the session. I hereby waive all claims against The Green Turtle, its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that my child might incur. Also, I agree that I will inform the instructor and The Green Turtle about any changes in my child's medical condition. I understand that The Green Turtle will take all necessary care and precautions related to the spread of Covid-19. However, I am aware about the spread of Covid-19 and the risks associated with it. I am taking the decision to send my child to The Green Turtle on my own will, and  I indemnify The Green Turtle of any  risks associated with Covid-19.  I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that my child may incur while attending, exercising or participating in the session. *
