Urban Camp Weekend Vendor Form

Thank you for your interest in vending at Urban Camp Weekend! To become a UCW vendor, please provide information about your business and the services you will be providing, along with your contact details in the form below.

Please note that you need to share your Facebook and Instagram social media links to be eligible to participate as a vendor. While we waive vendor fees for minority and women-owned businesses, each vendor is required to purchase a general admission ticket. This is because we expect each vendor to promote our event and generate buzz.

Vendors will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis, and there is ample space for everyone. Please bring your own tables, chairs, tents, generators, or any other setup you need. You are free to decide the days/times you want to vend during the event.

If you have a non-tent setup, such as a food truck, please reach out to the UCW team to discuss and get approval.

Vendor Process & Requirements *
The following are requirements of camp vendors that will have to be completed to move forward.

I understand I must promote UCW via Facebook either by 1) sharing the UCW Facebook invite at least monthly and tagging UCW 2) sharing the event to at least 4 personal Facebook groups or 3) sharing the vendor form to at least 4 personal Facebook groups. *

To have the $500 vendor fee waived, I understand I must complete two requirements: 1) Post the Urban Camp Weekend flyer twice a month on my social media pages and tag @urbancampweekend & use the hashtag #urbancampweekend. 2) Confirm my attendance at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Failure to meet either of these requirements will result in the vendor fee remaining in effect.
