As part of our partnership together in educating your daughter, I would highly appreciate and value feedback on your experience of school as a parent. We are striving to build supportive relationships with home that will enable your daughter to succeed in all that she does. Giving us an honest assessment is essential if this process is to be meaningful and is something we welcome. The survey is anonymous so please do not write anything that might identify yourself or your daughter unless you wish us to know. There is a space in the final section for you to include your email address should you wish to identify yourself, or ask further questions, so that we can respond directly to anything you raise. We will be conducting a similar survey with your daughter later this term: there is, therefore, no need to discuss this survey with her directly.

The survey contains two major sections where we will seek your views on the Safety, Welfare & Personal Development of your daughter; and on the Quality of Education we provide. A further section give you an opportunity to share with us any festivals or annual celebrations which are important to your family, and the final section gives an opportunity to make comments about what you think we do well and what can be improved. It is likely to take a minimum of 15 minutes, so thank you in advance for giving your time to complete the survey
