Family Information
Each family will receive a packet containing everything they need and a list of additional items they might need for each day.  Children will need a teen or adult to help guide them through the VBS program while they watch the videos.  They will be able to ask questions on YouTube as they watch.  

If you have more than four children attending, feel free to start another registration form.

Register EACH child in your household on this form.  Registration closes on Wednesday, August 12th, and packets will be available for pickup on Friday, August 14th and 15th at the Parish House, 511 Fayette Avenue, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (If another time is needed, pickup can be arranged by calling 724-929-7616 or 724-243-2871.)
