CEOs and other
leaders involved in
setting up and managing fundraising
in a non-profit organization. Integrating fundraising operation and philanthropic
culture as an integral part of non-profit management is a major challenge for
many organizations – and the most common cause of failure in building
sustainable fundraising income. Fundraising is a team sport. It cannot be
developed without extensive cooperation. It requires leadership,
strategic thinking and top-management engagement. At the same time, many
non-profit leaders and managers are not sure how they need to contribute, what
they need to know and what they can expect and how to manage a fundraising team
to make it successful.
The questionnaire bellow has two sections. The fist invites you to register for the workshops, the second intents to collect your expectations and specific learning needs to help us custom tailor the content to make it as useful as possible for the registered participants. We will send you the copy of your answers.
Completing this questionnaire should not take more than 5 to 7 minutes of your time.
The preliminary Schedule of the training courses can be viewed HERE. The Schedule is tentative and can be adjusted based on agreement with the group. We plan two back-to-back sessions, to accommodate different time zones. You choose what works best for you, based on your location.
