On Campus COVID-19 Testing - Volunteer Interest Form
Davis Waldorf has the opportunity to provide on-campus COVID-19 testing to staff and students. With the training and support of Healthy Davis Together, this parent/staff-volunteer pilot model will help us keep our school open and our students and staff safe. PARENT / STAFF VOLUNTEER INTEREST FORM

Below you will find the job descriptions for our testing team. Please take a few moments to read through each one and indicate if you can help. Volunteers will be trained on each job to ensure coverage. Our testing environment will follow strict guidelines, providing PPE and cleaning equipment to keep you protected.

A testing team consists of the following :

- GREETER: Confirms that the individual is not symptomatic and has had no known recent exposure.

- TECHNOLOGY / REGISTRATION ATTENDANT: Looks up the individual in the testing system to ensure they are registered and has filled out all necessary waivers. Assists with student and family registration.

- SAMPLE COLLECTORS: Explains the testing process, collects the sample, and places the specimen into a tube collection rack.


Our school will start with 1 day (~4 hours) of testing per week.
