Details:
Location: Washington County Fairgrounds Jr. Fair Building
Spaces are approximately 8’‐10’ in width
One table and a chair will be provided
Set‐up can begin at 2:00 pm on October 17th and all exhibits MUST be in place by 3:45 pm
Exhibits may be torn down at 7:00 pm and must be removed no later than 8:00 pm
Exhibit space will be reserved on a “first registered, first reserved” basis
Exhibitor agrees to have a representative present at the exhibit at all times during the event
Exhibitors are encouraged to provide handouts and/or interactive displays/activities
