Democratic State Committee Ballot Petition Form - 2024

Any registered Maine Democrat may use this form to take out a petition to get on the ballot to run for the Democratic State Committee (DSC).

DSC ballot petitions require 10 signatures of State Delegates and Alternates from the County of the petitioner to qualify for the State Convention ballot. Petitions will be circulated electronically by the MDP with State Delegates and Alternates from the petitioner's County. The deadline to take out a petition and meet the signature requirement is 5/17/24.

If a petitioner gets the required signatures, they will appear on the State Convention DSC ballot to be voted on by State Delegates from the petitioner's County in May.
