Please complete this form if you would like your child to receive an Every Meal weekly food bag sent home with your child in their backpack. This will include 4-5 pounds of food and will be sent home once a week (typically a pasta or rice, beans or tuna, and canned fruit or vegetable). Please complete this form only if your child is returning to in-person learning - digital learners may continue to pick-up bags upon request or during supply pick-ups.
