Fundraisers run exclusively and in previous years and submitted prior to June 15, will be grandfathered in as exclusive fundraisers for 2022/2023. This form will be used to compile a comprehensive list of fundraisers for all MCHS booster clubs.
Do not include fundraiser items that are sold exclusively to your own booster club. Do not include restaurant fundraisers.
