Adult Volunteer Questionnaire - Summer Camp 2020
We are asking that each parent or adult leader take a few minutes to fill out this form to share which merit badges and activities you would be willing and interested in helping with at summer camp this year.  We are going to try our best to include a variety of badges and activities that will provide every scout in attendance with a great summer camp, but we can only do that with your help.  There are also a few general questions included.  If you have any questions you can contact Cody Lamanac, clamanac@gmail.com, or Mike Palmer, jmscouting@gmail.com.
