Thank you for applying for the Carlee Houghtelin MemorialScholarship.  Carlee was a member of Beaver High School's Class of 2012 who passed away in a car accident due to a drunk driver  in July 2011 prior to the start of her senior year.  This scholarship is awarded to recognize traits of a true friend who sees others for who they truly are on the inside.
