Work Life is a 14-week job readiness course that will help you learn your strengths and abilities; how to overcome your roadblocks; gain one-on-one job coaching; resume building skills; job referrals and more! Together we will learn God's design for work and for our lives as well as consider how we can add value to God's world through work!

Please be prepared to bring payment to first day of class either by cash, check or card. If preferred to use a payment plan, please inform your facilitator. You will not receive a workbook unless there is a plan in place for payment.

I certify that the information in this application is true and correct. I understand that this is a (14)-week job training program, and that I will not be paid for my services performed for Serve Reedley, nor is my employment in the job training program a promise of future employment with Serve Reedley. In consideration, and as a condition, of my acceptance by Serve Reedley as a trainee, I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Serve Reedley its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any and all claims and actions related to or arising out of my participation in the Job Training Program with Serve Reedley. I hereby grant Serve Reedley permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital reproduction in any and all of its publications and presentations, including website entries. I understand and agree that these materials will be the property of the above organization.
