I am participating in a KaHuna massage training offered by Embodied Living.

I recognise that this training involves learning how to give a KaHuna massage, as well as receiving KaHuna massage from fellow students in training.

I understand that this course involves physical activity, full body movement, learning KaHuna massage techniques and may be strenuous.

I acknowledge that I have had an opportunity to speak to the teacher of the training, prior to the training to discuss any questions. I have been informed of the nature of the training and the level of physical activity involved. I am fully aware of the potential risks that are unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in this training. I also understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in this training. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that prevent my participation in this training.

I hereby voluntarily waive any claim I have against Embodied Living and their contractors for any injuries or other damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in this KaHuna massage training.

Prices for the training are:

$1590 EARLY BIRD - To receive the early bird price, the complete payment must be made by August 30th, 2024. You're welcome to pay a deposit first and as long as the full payment is received by August 30th, you'll get the cheaper price!

$1790 FULL PRICE

We also offer payment plans on full price rates, so if you'd like this option, please be in touch!

To secure your spot, you can transfer through a deposit of $400, or full payment, with your name as a reference to:

Confirmation and a receipt will be sent once a deposit or full payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on deposits, if you need to cancel your spot.

If you have paid in full and need to cancel, we will refund you 50% of the full course fee, if cancellation is made prior to 28 days of the training start date. If cancellation is made within 28 days of the training start date, no refund is offered.

You are also free to transfer your deposit or full course amount, to a friend or family member wanting to attend in your place.
