Type: Part Time
Hours: 24 hours a week (this position may become full time in 2022)
Position Start Date: Monday, March 1, 2021
Wage: $23 to $25.50 an hour, according to skill and experience

The Technical Designer joins a hardworking and ambitious operations team at Swift Industries. In addition to demonstrating excellent technical design skills, our next technical designer must have the soft and hard skills that a highly entrepreneurial environment requires. Do you work well under pressure? Are you an excellent communicator? Are you a natural puzzler? Do you love lifting up your co-workers? Our next technical designer must:
Have great organizational skills
Be independently motivated with a collaborative sense of productivity and achievement
Have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in technical design, preferably at a company (if you are self-employed, be prepared to demonstrate your individual SOP's and organizational methods as well as client references).
Demonstrate an investment in the bicycle and outdoor industries

Qualifications:

Proficiency with
Optitex and or a comparable patterning software
Google Sheets / Excel
Adobe Illustrator
Additional useful experience with:

Asana
Harvest
