HOW MVP NOMINATIONS WORK:
Our Pendo community members continue to do incredible work to support us. Pendo MVPs are customers who:
- are active in Pendo (3-5x per week)
- are active in Pendo Friendos (at least 1,000pts)
- are active in our #Pendomonium Slack channel (have answered at least 2 customer questions)
- have attended at least one Pendo event (e.g. Pendorama, Pendomonium, Pendo User Group, etc.)
Our MVPs may have also:
- been a Pendo event speaker (e.g. Pendorama, webinar, etc.)
- joined as a PUG leader
- shared Pendo-related posts on social media
- participated in surveys (e.g. Pendo Friendos, TechValidate, etc.)
- provided a customer story
- been a reference and/or referral
- participated as a beta tester
- submitted for a customer award

NOMINATION PROCESS:
- 20 MVPs are awarded based on their contributions to the Pendo community in the past year.
- Any customer can make a nomination for themselves or on behalf of someone else until January 10.
- The selection committee includes Pendo representatives from: Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
- MVP rewards last for one year from the announcement (in January).
- Nominations are open all year-round. Submissions prior to January 10 will be considered for the 2021. Post-January 10 will count towards the next year, 2022.
