Our team has been charging forward on a wide number of initiatives, marketing and innovative developments in recent months. The amount of growth we've seen is astonishing and we're only just getting started.

The capacity for growth on our team has increased dramatically. While many roles were handled by a few, we want to expand our team to find people who are truly talented at serving key roles extremely well.

One of the newest positions we're looking to bring on is a business developer.

Business Development - in simple terms - is pretty much what it sounds like. Your objective is to build the business by developing relationships with customers, other businesses and projects in the same industry or adjacent industries.

We're looking for someone who is largely self-directed. You'll be working with Khal regularly but people who are generally independent are preferred. Especially those who can:
1. Grasp the objective of the position
2. Generate leads
3. Follow-up with leads
4. Talk with Khal about the leads and opportunities to grow the LeoFinance Web3 Ecosystem
