FORMULAIRE DE CANDIDATURE AU CONSEIL D'ADMINISTRATION DE SANTROPOL ROULANT

Ce formulaire doit être complété par toute personne membre de Santropol Roulant désirant soumettre sa candidature à l'élection du conseil d'administration (CA), tenue lors de l'assemblée générale annuelle du 21 avril 2022. La date limite pour compléter et soumettre ce formulaire est le 11 mars 2022 à 8AM. Notez qu'il vous faut prévoir environ 30 minutes pour compléter le formulaire.

Les réponses seront partagées avec les membres de la communauté dans le livret des candidats qui leur permettra de participer au vote.

CONDITIONS
Les formulaires soumis en retard ne seront pas acceptés. De plus, il est de votre responsabilité de fournir un dossier complet et bilingue (en français et en anglais). Notez que les formulaires unilingues ne seront pas traduits. Après avoir complété votre formulaire de candidature, veuillez nous parvenir une PHOTO de vous-même à melanie@santropolroulant.org.

ADMISSIBILITÉ
- Avoir au minimum 18 ans.
- Si votre candidature est valable selon nos règlements généraux, vous serez invités à participer au processus d'élection. Cela inclut une brève présentation le soir de l'AGA (date à déterminer entre fin mars et mi-avril) et la présence de votre nom  sur le bulletin de vote remis aux membres Roulant.

NOMINATION FORM TO SANTROPOL ROULANT'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

This form must be completed by anyone who wishes to stand for election to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on April 21st, 2022. It must be submitted by March 11th, 2022 by 08:00am. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Your answers will be shared with community members in the candidates booklet that will be shared in preparation for the vote.

CONDITIONS
Late nomination forms will not be accepted. You must submit a complete bilingual nomination form (French and English). Please note that a unilingual form will not be translated. After completing the nomination form, please send a PICTURE of yourself to melanie@santropolroulant.org.

ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates must be 18 years old and older.
- Anyone who qualifies as a candidate under our by-laws will be able to participate in the election process. This includes making a short presentation the night of the AGM (date TBD between the end of March and mid-April) and having your name appear on the ballot submitted to the membership of Santropol Roulant.
