The WYSH (Worcester Youth Speak Honestly) Project is an original piece of theater created by a diverse group of young people who live in Worcester. The show tackles topics such as racism, toxic gender roles, sexual assault and consent. It includes personal stories, dramatized scenes, movement pieces and more. It truly is a platform for young people to speak honestly about their experiences, the problems they see and their visions for making the world a better place.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Worcester Arts Council, a local agency, which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency as well as the Greater Worcester Community Foundation.
