🍄Exclusive staff keeps 85% of overhead tips/Non-exclusive keeps 80% of overhead tips.
🍄All staff keeps 80% of Lovense tips
🍄80L Hourly pay for Exclusive staff / 70L hourly for Non-Exclusive staff
🍄Exclusive staff must work a minimum of 5 hours per week / Non-Exclusive staff must work a minimum of 2 hours per week.

🍄Exclusive staff who makes 10+ hours get a free week on their adboards / Non-Exclusive staff who makes 5+ hours get a free week on their adboards.
