Trans Talent Showcase Sign- Up Sheet
Welcome to "Gender Euphoria," a celebration of transgender, non- binary and gender expansive creativity and artistry! Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time and talent for the community, and especially for supporting Trans- E- Motion! Participation in this event is limited and based on the order in which people sign-up. We will try our best to accommodate all those who would like to participate, however, once we are full we will not be able to accommodate anymore performers.

Please describe the type of talent you will be showcasing. Please note that this year's theme is Gender Euphoria. Talents are not required to express this theme, but it is encouraged. If we feel your proposed performance may not be appropriate for this event, you will be notified and offered the chance to propose a different performance. *
Please keep in mind that this is an INDOOR event. No materials that are dangerous or difficult to clean up will be allowed. (Ex. Loose glitter or confetti, fire or flames, liquids, throwing objects to the audience.. etc). Please indicate any props or objects that will be used during your performance, if any. *
Please list any accommodations you may need for your performance, such as, music, mic(s), stool, chairs, etc. *
Approximately how much time do you anticipate needing for your number? (Maximum time allowed is 5 minutes). *
Do you need time to setup and take down prior to your performance? If so, how much time do you need? (Goal is 2.5 min to set up, 2.5 min to take down, for a total of 5min) *
