Welcome to St. Anne CYO! 

We are excited to open up our registrations to current 3rd to 8th graders in our community to be part of our CYO program. Below is the diocesan guideline for participation eligibility.

A child must meet one of the following requirements: 

1.  RELIGIOUS EDUCATION: 

• All children (Catholic or non-Catholic) who do not live within the parish boundaries must be (or will be) enrolled this school year in Faith Formation classes at St. Anne, AND 
• Attended last year's Faith Formation classes at St. Anne
  

2.  PARISH BOUNDARIES: 

• All children (Catholic or non-Catholic) residing within the parish boundaries, as established by the Bishop of Oakland

• Proof of residency is required (utility bill -- eg. water, electricity, or waste management). The name on the bill must be the parent/guardian's. Please email a copy of a recent bill to stanneuc.cyo@gmail.com.

Please do not register your child if you do not meet any of the above requirements.

Submission of registration is not a guarantee for participation. The Athletic Director shall verify if a child meets eligibility requirements prior to participation. Due to the number of registrations we receive each year, there is no guarantee that your child will be placed on a team but we will certainly do our best. 

Once eligibility has been verified and your child is tentatively placed on a team, we will inform you by email. Additional forms such as medical/health information, parental permission, COVID protocols, waivers, etc., will need to be completed then. 

Player fee of $200 for this season is also due prior to start of practice.
