This year's annual camp is a water activity camp!  We will be camping under canvas at Trent Lock in Long Eaton.   The campsite is situated across a river, which is only accessible by boat.

 The camp program will be filled with different water activities, and you will receive tuition from trained instructors.  We estimate that every member will complete four different water sports per day.

Other activities on camp will include games, cooking, woodland activities, orienteering, water games, as well as some extra activities like a river boat trip.  All the usual favourites will be going on, as well of lots of new activities to keep us all amused.

Each member is responsible for making their way to and from the camp site, and maps are attached.   We recommend car sharing to ease the pressure on parents and reduce cost.  If you would like some help setting up a car share, please see one of the leaders.

If you wish to attend, please complete the booking form and medical forms attached and hand them into Paul, either in person or pop them in the post to the address below.  To reserve your place, a £10 Deposit is required.  This can be paid by Cash, Cheque or Electronic Bank Transfer (cheques made payable to Whetstone CLCGB).  (**NEW**) - Pay Electronically - Lloyds Bank – Account Number 39954560 Sort Code 30-15-97 – Please put the members name as the reference.

Camp Bank!
We have worked hard to keep this cost as low as possible and this fee includes all the tuition, water activities, food and tents etc.  We understand that this can be a large outlay, so this year we will offer a "Camp Bank" service.  We require the ten pounds deposit to secure your place, but then every week you can pay an amount towards your total fee if you want.  Of course, if you want to pay the balance in full you can.  The camp bank will be open every Friday night if you want to bring your money in small amounts!

IMPORTANT
Fees for this camp have to be paid in advance by the company.  Deposits are unfortunately
non-refundable.

This campsite is limited to the number of persons we can take.  Please return your forms asap to avoid disappointment.

The total balance must be paid in Full (£60.00) by 01/08/2020.
